Ethiopia Kembata Natural – Grade 1
This naturally processed Ethiopian coffee comes from the Durame village in the Kembata region, grown at elevations of 2,050–2,100 meters above sea level. A true heirloom variety, it reflects the vibrant character of East African coffee and the dedication of smallholder farmers who cultivate it on garden plots and dry it on raised beds.
The high altitude and natural drying process bring out a fruit-forward intensity with beautiful balance — bright, juicy, aromatic, and complex from start to finish. Each roast level reveals a different side of this origin, from citrus and berry sparkle to deeper notes of chocolate and dried fruit.
Whether brewed as a pour-over, French press, or cold brew, this coffee delivers a clean, layered experience that evolves as it cools. It’s perfect for adventurous drinkers who crave a bold, expressive cup.
At Dusty Rose Coffee Roasters®, we hand-roast every batch with care and a deep respect for the farmers, land, and stories behind each bean. Our Ethiopia Kembata G1 is no exception — crafted with love, roasted with precision, and served with purpose.
This coffee is available in Light, Medium-Light, Medium, Medium-Dark, and Dark roasts. Tasting notes vary by roast — please choose your preference from the drop-down menu.
