Products & Orders

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images.
All products are subject to availability.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

For subscription orders, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.


Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute a confirmation of our offer to sell.

Dusty Rose Coffee Roasters® reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason, or to limit the quantity of any item ordered.

If your order is declined or adjusted, we will promptly notify you and issue any applicable refunds.


Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
There is no surcharge for using your selected payment method to make purchases.

Please ensure you provide your exact billing address and telephone number (as recorded with your payment provider). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.


Shipping & Delivery

Coffee orders are freshly roasted and prepared for shipping once roasting is complete. We allow the coffee to rest for 2 to 4 days after roasting to ensure optimal flavor development before shipment.

Orders are then shipped promptly after the rest period. We will send you a tracking number once your order ships, so you can track the progress of your delivery.

Shipping to U.S. locations is subject to an $8 flat fee per order. We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees as needed in the future; any changes will be clearly reflected during checkout.

Please note: While we make every effort to ship orders promptly and provide tracking information, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as transit times may vary based on carrier performance and external factors.


Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with any coffee purchased from Dusty Rose Coffee Roasters®, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Coffee is a fresh, perishable product, and we are unable to accept returns beyond this window.

If your coffee does not meet your expectations, we will do everything we can to make it right and ensure you are happy with your experience.

Non-coffee merchandise (such as mugs and other items) may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Dusty Rose Coffee Roasters® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed or your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will promptly issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
