Brazil Mantiqueira de Minas – Mountain Water Decaf
This naturally decaffeinated Brazilian coffee comes from the Mantiqueira de Minas region, known for producing some of the country’s finest specialty-grade beans. Grown at high elevations between 1,100–1,400 meters, these beans are carefully selected before undergoing the Mountain Water Process — a chemical-free decaffeination method that preserves the coffee’s natural sweetness and complexity.
The Mountain Water Process uses pure water and temperature to gently remove caffeine while keeping the flavor intact. Unlike harsh chemical methods, this approach respects the integrity of the bean, resulting in a smooth, full-bodied cup that tastes like great coffee — not decaf.
In the cup, you’ll find notes of milk chocolate, toasted almond, and caramel, with a velvety body and balanced sweetness. It’s approachable, comforting, and perfect for evenings, late-night sips, or anyone who loves the ritual of coffee without the caffeine buzz.
At Dusty Rose Coffee Roasters®, we hand-roast every batch with intention and care. This Brazilian decaf reflects our commitment to quality, transparency, and giving back — one happy horse at a time.
This coffee is available in Light, Medium-Light, Medium, Medium-Dark, and Dark roasts. Tasting notes vary by roast — please choose your preference from the drop-down menu.
