This small-batch roasted Colombia Excelso coffee comes from family farms in Colombia’s famed Coffee Triangle, grown at 1,300 meters where volcanic soil and ideal climate create premium coffee. Cherries are handpicked and processed at micro wet mills, then sun-dried in solar dryers — a method that develops full, rich flavor while protecting the beans.
