Nestled between 1,400 and 1,700 meters above sea level, these high-altitude farms benefit from cool mountain air, volcanic soil, and consistent rainfall, creating ideal conditions for complex, sweet, and vibrant beans.

Grown by smallholder farmers using traditional and sustainable methods passed down through generations, each cherry is hand-picked at peak ripeness and carefully sun-dried to preserve its natural character.
